Change and transformation are part of every dynamic business environment. They form the foundation for growth, innovation, and sustainable success. At the same time, change often brings uncertainty and can spark resistance — and it’s precisely this tension that fascinates me.

In my role as a Hands-on Advisor & Interim Manager, I support clients from a wide variety of sectors — on normative, strategic, and operational levels. I actively draw on my many years of diverse experience as an investor, entrepreneur, board member, and CEO.

I promote and challenge holistic reflection while staying focused on achieving efficient results and driving successful transformation.
