How I apply and share my experience

Since founding COMPANYTRANSFER in 2008, I have specialized in hands-on consulting and support for national and international companies undergoing normative, strategic, and operational change and transformation.

As an Entrepreneur, Board Member, Hands-on Advisor and Interim Manager, I have more than 30 years of in-depth professional experience in various roles at national and international companies. My mandates include positions in the life sciences industry and in practice- and transfer-oriented education, as well as roles in the food sector and other industries.

 

I have in-depth expertise in establishing and expanding companies, brands, and organizations, as well as in M&A transactions, company integrations, divestments, and corporate restructuring.
